Individual / Coach Support

Targeted support for the people who support teachers.

Instructional coaches are the key to unlocking sustained literacy success in schools. Our Staff Developers work shoulder to shoulder with coaches — individually or in groups — so they can confidently put their learning into action and support their teachers. Through this partnership, coaches gain the skills and tools to strengthen their role as literacy leaders, improving their school's teaching practices and, ultimately, student outcomes.

How It Works

Support is personalized, not one-size-fits-all. Whether the focus is leading effective staff workshops and labsites, or using student data to drive instruction, our Staff Developers work with coaches to model best practices, offer feedback, and lift the level of instruction. Our relationship with coaches doesn't end after a single visit — ongoing support through follow-up visits, virtual or in-person coaching sessions, and collaborative inquiry helps coaches troubleshoot challenges and deepen their expertise over time.

Built Around Where You Are

Whether you're a new coach looking to build a strong foundation, or a veteran coach who wants fresh strategies for a specific curriculum shift, support is tailored to exactly where you are — not a generic coaching template.
