Our professional development for instructional coaches is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Individual coaches, or a group of coaches, receive personalized support from highly experienced Staff Developers who collaborate closely with them. Whether the focus is on leading effective staff workshops and labsites or using student data to drive instruction, our Staff Developers work side-by-side with school coaches to model best practices, offer feedback, and lift the level of instruction.

Cost-Effective Professional Development
Cost starts at $2,500 per day, plus travel expenses if in-person, offering a high-impact, customizable professional development experience. The number of professional development days is based on the needs and priorities of each school and instructional coach. Each PD day is 6 hours and can be scheduled in 2-hour virtual sessions if preferred.
