Our teachers experience spans from being a first-year teacher to 37 years and our days with our staff developer are created to meet teachers' individual needs and a collective understanding of literacy across grades and levels.   In addition, having a staff developer who understands instruction deeply at all levels allows for responsive coaching with our teachers. The PD is always based on student work, observations and conferences and it allows our teachers to reflect and refine their practice.
